Located in Changning district, Shanghai, China, Raffles Square is a modern complexity which is composed of Class A office buiding, Shopping Mall, Business center, and Dining center, it covers a land area of 60,000sqm. 

Raffles square sits on the subway line 2, near the Zhongshan Park zone, It features a clustering modern service industry center of Zhongshan business zone and even Shanghai at large.

The height of  office building tower is 188 meters, and the aprtment hotel building tower is 128 meters high.

To the northwest area is another office building of 99 meters, For commercial buildings, the maximum building height is 52 meters; a 4-story commercial podium is set on the northwest side of the plot (next to Changning Road), with a building height of 24 meters.
